All participating companies will receive a certificate of membership

The EIPM club is based on the principle of reciprocity as outlined in the EFQM benchmarking code of conduct. Participating companies will have access to the benefits listed above. They will also be asked to contribute to the club as they deem appropriate.  

Club activities

Webinars

Regular Webinars showcase best practices from award winning and other advanced companies. The focus is on how those organisations have succeeded in implementing winning practices.

Webinars last between 45 and 60 minutes

There is a minimum of 5 webinars per year

EIPM club members will be entitled to have an unlimited number of participants to each webinar for free  

 

Workshops and Events

Workshops are dedicated to specific topics such as Innovation, Sustainability and Measurement etc…

They are hosted by EIPM club members. They select the topics in collaboration with EIPM. Participants are asked to share their own practices and interactive sessions are facilitated.

They last one day with an evening dedicated to Networking.

There are 3 to 4 work sessions per year.

EIPM club members will be entitled to send 1 participants to each work session for free (equivalent to 1000 € each).

EIPM Club members have one free seat for the yearly EIPM conference (equivalent to 1500 €)

EIPM Club gold members have one free seat for the yearly EIPM conference (equivalent to 1500 €) and one free seat for the European Roundtable (equivalent to 3000 €)  

 

Learning labs

Learning labs offer host companies the opportunity to receive feedback and new ideas from executives and high potential managers from other EIPM club members on a specific topic of their choice.

Participants providing feedback to the host company will be trained in assessing an organization using EIPM Tools. They will discover good practices and work as a team in real time to deliver an effective feedback to the host company. This is an intense action learning program that has been tested in other clubs.

Learning labs are hosted by EIPM club members as part of their Gold membership.

Learning labs two to three days.

Participants will be charge fees at a competitive rate.  

 

Benchmarking and research

EIPM Club members can suggest the formation of benchmarking and research consortium in order to investigate specific issues. Action plans and costing will be developed according to needs.  

 

Visibility

All EIPM Club members will be listed on the EIPM website. Their participation and contribution to the club will be highlighted in a number of press release and communications.

EIPM Club Gold members will be invited to join the EIPM corporate committee.  

 

Online Database and communities

The EIPM club online database host quality information for its members

It contains best practices, survey results, reports and presentations from past events and workshops

  • Outcome of learning labs report

In line with EIPM plans to establish a Purchasing Excellence Observatory, surveys will be conducted They will cover Indicators and practices such as

  • Past and future volumes of activities
  • Past and future recruitment plans
  • Past and future profiles of the supplier panel
  • Level of confidence in mid/long term future
  • Main areas of attention/strategic issues
  • Key performance indicators used, past trends, expected evolution
  • Emerging issues
  • Views on key management practice, processes and challenges

Participant in the surveys receive feedback after each survey they which they contribute. They also receive a certificate of recognition for their contribution (Honorary Member of EIPM expert panel)

EIPM will also recognize best contributors during its annual conference.  

 

Ongoing support

All EIPM club members have an EIPM account manager.

They have regular exchange face to face an through phones with this person in order to ensure that they gain the expected from their participation to the club

They receive quarterly newsletter and reports as they are published, regular information on events, research and publications

The account manager provide EIPM club member with advices on speakers for their internal seminars and assistance in establishing one to one exchanges between companies  

 

Members are expected, in so far as possible to document or present 2 to 3 best practices per year, to appoint at least 3 internal experts and points of contact and to host work sessions on a rotating basis.
