The EIPM e-learning modules aim at preparing transparency and reinforcing the participants’ knowledge before the face-to-face training class.
E-modules as learning solution
The EIPM e-learning modules aim at maintaining, sharing some knowledge. It may replace part of the face-to-face training course and could be used on site for some short functional training.

There are in total 13 fundamental e-modules and 6 advanced e-modules covering a range of topics from technical skills in purchasing such as Total Cost of Ownership, Cost Analysis to soft skills such as project management, 6 Sigma Approach, Negotiation etc.

Structure
- All fundamental modules have the same structure as well as all the advanced ones, including the definitions, the conditions of deployment, the technical contents, games and quiz to check the knowledge, a glossary and a bibliography.
- The modules can be hosted either on the EIPM platform, or on your company’s platform.
- The EIPM platform offers a tracking system, to be used to check whether the participants have used the modules or not (by measuring the time spent on them). This system is useful to send targeted reminders to groups, and guarantee the value of the system will be taken by a maximum number of participants.
- The translation of modules is possible, and the conditions should be discussed.
- Process
- All modules can be installed either on the EIPM L.M.S (Learning Management System) or on your company’s one.
- The EIPM L.M.S (Learning Management System) offers a tracking system, to be used to check whether the participants have used the modules or not (by measuring the time spent on them). This system is useful to send targeted reminders to groups, and guarantee the value of the system will be taken by a maximum number of participants.
- Each participant is invited to connect to a specific web platform it can be the EIPM L.M.S or your company’s one, in which he will be able to download the selected e-learning module.
