  • Determine if customisation is necessary: After a Pilot, you will have a better feedback if there is a need to customise the job profile.
  • Step by step guidance: From pre-communication, actual assessment to results reporting, you will be guided on how to launch a Skills Assessment in your team.
  • Results for Manager and Individual: You will receive a complete Manager Report for a job position and each individual will receive their own Individual Report.
