The Media Press & Public Relations Group available on HELPS acts as liaison between the H.E.L.P.S. Community and its many public audiences and partners, nurturing relations with the news media. The group also manages the events promoted on the platform and information centre.

This communication team group works closely with all purchasing Leaders within this community and manages HELPS outbound communications, serves as a resource to local, national and international media organisations, and manages the community online presence. It also provides a range of multimedia and photographic services and it produces several print and online publications.
