3. Face to face training
Certifying courses feature theoretical presentations, case studies and group discussions together with practical sessions using games and simulation exercises.
4. Knowledge acquisition test
As part of the EIPM Certification process each module includes a “Knowledge” acquisition test. The “Know how to do” will be demonstrated through the Project presentation.
Depending on the module the “Knowledge acquisition test” includes multiple choice, open questions and case-studies.
Results will be informed within 4 weeks.
The Certification will be delivered to all participants who have:
- Passed the exam
- Presented their project to a jury
For the participants who do not fulfil the certification requirements a certificate of participation will be delivered.
5. Project Assignment
The Post training implementation through a project is an essential part of the learning process and allows evaluating the “Know how to do”.
The project should include all or most of the methods and tools covered in the trainings required for the requested Certification.
The project assignment should be part of the participant’s job, practical, and useful.
The Projects are presented to a jury: 20’ presentation; 10’ questions and answers.
The presentation and an Executive brief should be sent to the EIPM prior to the jury presentation.
