Using the tools
The learning of the use of the tools by the attendees is often based on exercises, or prepared cases / games, which are usually not in the attendees direct working environments (in order to oblige them to focus on the application of the tools, i.e. learn the mechanics). EIPM has developed a great number of cases, games and simulations to support the learning.
Project the tools into the working environment
Attendees thinking about the application of the tools in their working environments are usually based on sub-groups workshops, in which attendees use their own material as working cases.
Each participant will receive a binder with all the documents given during the training sessions
Every day, at the end of the session, participants have to fill in a form called “warm away” in which they have to recap all the tools and methods they will apply after the session.
